1FUTURE is “a creative studio for stories of social innovation” led by artist Cannon Hersey and NHK TV producer Taku Nishimae. 

As creative director (art + copy) from 2012–2019, I was responsible for all branding, marketing, social media, site development, content direction and creation, pitch decks, and outreach efforts. Our partners included China Arte Brasil, Winter Jazzfest, and developed projects Disruptor Hiroshima with Craig Hatkoff of the Disruptor Awards / Tribeca Foundation in Japan, Disruptor Awards in New York, NY, Eleanor with Martha Williams in Southhampton, NY, Not Yet Free with the Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx and le Poisson Rouge, Zero Project in Tokyo and Hiroshima, and 1FUTURE Forum in Hurleyville, NY.
